Ingredients

- 1 lb thinly sliced beef (ribeye or sirloin)
- 1 cup kimchi, chopped
- 4 slices of cheese (provolone or American)
- 4 soft rolls or hoagie buns
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Oil for cooking
Instructions
- Mix the soy sauce, gochujang, sugar, garlic, and sesame oil in a bowl. Add the sliced beef and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the chopped kimchi to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Place the beef and kimchi mixture on each roll and top with a slice of cheese.
- Cover the skillet to melt the cheese for a minute.
- Serve warm and enjoy your Spicy Kimchi Bulgogi Cheesesteak.
