- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup crab meat, shredded
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup sweet and sour sauce
- 1/4 cup wonton strips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to fit your pizza pan.
- Mix together the cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl until well combined.
- Spread the crab mixture over the pizza dough evenly.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Drizzle the sweet and sour sauce over the top and add wonton strips before serving.
