Description

A delightful fusion of classic Crab Rangoon and pizza, featuring a crispy crust, cream cheese blend, crab meat, and melted mozzarella.


Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup crab meat, shredded
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup sweet and sour sauce
  • 1/4 cup wonton strips


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to fit your pizza pan.
  3. Mix together the cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl until well combined.
  4. Spread the crab mixture over the pizza dough evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Drizzle the sweet and sour sauce over the top and add wonton strips before serving.
