Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cut the flank steak into cubes and set aside.
  2. Combine the cilantro, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor to create the chimichurri sauce. Blend until smooth.
  3. Marinate the steak cubes in half of the chimichurri sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated steak onto skewers.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is reached.
  7. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
  8. Serve with the remaining chimichurri sauce drizzled on top.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor; marinate longer for enhanced taste.
