Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, chili powder, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- Add the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Gradually stir in the boiling water until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool before serving.
