Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  2. Brush the dough with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the dough.
  4. Top with shredded chicken and sliced peaches.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
