Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  2. Blend until smooth, adding water as necessary to reach desired consistency.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with chopped cilantro.

Notes
