Instructions
- Combine in a food processor the black beans, tahini, lime juice, garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Blend until smooth, adding water as necessary to reach desired consistency.

- Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with chopped cilantro.

Notes
