Description

Creamy and zesty Avocado Deviled Eggs are the perfect nutritious snack for gatherings or quiet evenings at home.


Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  2. Mash the yolks with the avocado, lime juice, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spoon or pipe the avocado mixture back into the egg white halves.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika and chopped cilantro if desired.
  6. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
