Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Mix in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  6. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of raspberries over the batter, then swirl with a knife.
  8. Pour the remaining brownie batter on top and repeat the raspberry swirl.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let cool before cutting into squares.

  • For a richer flavor, use high-quality white chocolate.
  • Fresh raspberries can be substituted with frozen, but do not thaw them before use.
