Scale
  • 2 cans white beans (cannellini or great northern)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and dried thyme, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the white beans to the skillet gently.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
