Description

A creamy and flavorful dip made with white beans and roasted red peppers, perfect for gatherings or casual snacking.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) white beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 jar (12 oz) roasted red peppers, drained
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Rinse the white beans and drain them thoroughly.
  2. Drain the roasted red peppers to remove excess liquid.
  3. Combine the rinsed white beans, roasted red peppers, olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a food processor.
  4. Blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  5. Taste the seasoning by adding salt and pepper to your preference.
  6. Blend again briefly to incorporate the seasoning.
  7. Transfer the creamy dip to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh parsley.
  8. Serve with pita chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

For added flavor, allow the dip to chill for an hour before serving. This dip can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
