Description

A deliciously simple blend of walnuts, medjool dates, rolled oats, and cocoa powder, these energy balls are perfect for a quick pick-me-up or post-workout snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
