- 1 onion, diced

- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large pot.
