- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1-2 jalapeños, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Burger buns
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Other desired toppings
Instructions
- Combine ground turkey, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl and mix until well incorporated.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat.
- Cook patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Serve on burger buns with lettuce, tomato, and any other desired toppings.
Notes
Chill the patties for at least 30 minutes before cooking for better texture. Experiment with toppings for variety.
