Description

Delicious pinwheels combining savory turkey, creamy cheese, and sweet cranberry sauce, perfect for holiday gatherings or casual meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of tortillas (whole wheat or regular)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup leftover turkey, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Spread cream cheese evenly over each tortilla.
  2. Layer shredded turkey on top of the cream cheese.
  3. Add cranberry sauce over the turkey.
  4. Sprinkle chopped green onions and cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Roll each tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
  7. Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  8. Slice each roll into 1-inch pieces.
  9. Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and enjoy!
