A delightful twist on traditional nachos, Totchos combine tater tots with all your favorite nacho toppings for a fun and flavorful dish.

- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup cooked ground beef or turkey
- 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup guacamole
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the tater tots package instructions.
- Spread the frozen tater tots on a baking sheet and bake until golden and crispy.
- Once the tater tots are done, remove them from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
- Add the cooked ground beef or turkey, black beans, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños over the cheese.
- Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with sour cream, guacamole, and chopped green onions.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Totchos!
Notes
- Feel free to customize the toppings based on your preferences.
- For a vegetarian option, omit the meat and add more beans or vegetables.
- These are best served fresh out of the oven.
