Description

A delightful twist on traditional nachos, Totchos combine tater tots with all your favorite nacho toppings for a fun and flavorful dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup cooked ground beef or turkey
  • 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup guacamole
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the tater tots package instructions.
  2. Spread the frozen tater tots on a baking sheet and bake until golden and crispy.
  3. Once the tater tots are done, remove them from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
  4. Add the cooked ground beef or turkey, black beans, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños over the cheese.
  5. Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with sour cream, guacamole, and chopped green onions.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Totchos!

  • For a vegetarian option, omit the meat and add more beans or vegetables.
