- 4-5 ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pie crust on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Layer the sliced tomatoes over the crust, leaving a border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the tomatoes.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top, and season with salt, pepper, and fresh basil.
- Fold the edges of the crust over the filling to create a border.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the tomatoes are tender.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
