Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a madeleine pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Slowly add the melted butter, espresso, and vanilla extract to the egg mixture, mixing well.
  5. Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fill each madeleine mold about 2/3 full with the batter.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Let them cool slightly before removing from the pan.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
