- 4 tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup salsa
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Add taco seasoning according to package instructions.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface, and sprinkle cheese in the center. Add a few spoonfuls of the seasoned beef mixture.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up into a stick shape.
- Place the taco sticks on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- Serve with sour cream, lettuce, tomato, and salsa.
