Ingredients

  • 4 tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup salsa


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Add taco seasoning according to package instructions.
  3. Place a tortilla on a flat surface, and sprinkle cheese in the center. Add a few spoonfuls of the seasoned beef mixture.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up into a stick shape.
