Description

Delightful appetizer combining cream cheese, veggies, and taco flavor, wrapped in tortillas for a fun bite-sized experience.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup diced cooked chicken or taco meat
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Combine in a large bowl cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bell pepper, onion, chicken/taco meat, and taco seasoning.
  2. Spread a thin layer of the mixture evenly onto each tortilla.
  3. Roll the tortillas tightly to form pinwheels.
  4. Slice each roll into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature, garnished with cilantro if desired.

Notes

Use sugar-free substitutes for a low-sugar option. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
