- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup water
- Cooking spray
- Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and water, cooking until the mixture is thickened.
- Lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray and place a wonton wrapper in each cup, pressing it down into the bottom and sides.
- Fill each wonton cup with the ground beef mixture and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the wrappers are crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Top with optional toppings if desired.
Notes
