A delicious homemade version of the popular Taco Bell Chalupa, filled with savory meat, fresh veggies, and creamy toppings.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Ground beef or chicken
- 4 Chalupa shells
- 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup Tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 1 packet Taco seasoning
- 1 cup Refried beans
- Hot sauce, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef or chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Add the taco seasoning and mix well.
- Heat the chalupa shells according to package instructions.
- Spread refried beans on each chalupa shell.
- Add the cooked meat mixture on top of the beans.
- Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and hot sauce as desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade Taco Bell chalupa!

For a vegetarian option, substitute meat with beans or grilled veggies.
