Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked and mashed sweet potato
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or ghee for cooking


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the ground chicken, mashed sweet potato, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix everything together until well combined; use your hands if necessary for better consistency.
  4. Scoop out small amounts of the mixture and shape them into poppers or nuggets, approximately 2 inches in diameter.
  5. Place the nuggets on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart.
