Ingredients

- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1-2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
- Chips, crackers, or vegetables for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the corn, cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped cilantro.
- Serve warm with chips, crackers, or vegetables.
