Instructions
- Combine the diced strawberries and peaches in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and honey (if using), and gently toss to combine.
- Stir in the chopped mint leaves.
- Serve immediately as a fruit salad or refrigerate for an hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- Pair with cinnamon pita chips by sprinkling cinnamon on the chips before serving.
