Description

A vibrant, refreshing mix of strawberries and peaches with mint and lemon, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and diced
  • 2 cups peaches, peeled and diced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (for serving with pita chips)
  • Pita chips (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Combine the diced strawberries and peaches in a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle with lemon juice and honey (if using), and gently toss to combine.
  3. Stir in the chopped mint leaves.
  4. Serve immediately as a fruit salad or refrigerate for an hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Pair with cinnamon pita chips by sprinkling cinnamon on the chips before serving.
