Description

A refreshing and healthy treat made with ripe strawberries and tangy lemons, swirled into creamy Greek yogurt.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free honey substitute
  • 1/4 cup water


Instructions

  1. Mix the Greek yogurt and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Combine the pureed strawberries and honey substitute in another bowl.
  3. Layer the Greek yogurt mixture and strawberry puree into popsicle molds, creating swirls.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 240 minutes or until solid.
  5. Run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to remove the popsicles.

Notes

For a sugar-free alternative, use stevia, monk fruit, or allulose instead of honey. Ensure to choose ripe strawberries for better flavor.
