A refreshing and healthy treat made with ripe strawberries and tangy lemons, swirled into creamy Greek yogurt.
Ingredients

- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sugar-free honey substitute
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Mix the Greek yogurt and lemon juice until smooth.
- Combine the pureed strawberries and honey substitute in another bowl.
- Layer the Greek yogurt mixture and strawberry puree into popsicle molds, creating swirls.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 240 minutes or until solid.
- Run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to remove the popsicles.
Notes
For a sugar-free alternative, use stevia, monk fruit, or allulose instead of honey. Ensure to choose ripe strawberries for better flavor.
