Description

A delightful dessert combining fresh strawberries and toasted coconut, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine sliced strawberries with 1 tablespoon of maple syrup in a mixing bowl and set aside.
  3. Mix the shredded coconut, rolled oats, almond flour, melted coconut oil, remaining maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined in another bowl.
  4. Layer the strawberries in a baking dish, then spread the coconut mixture evenly on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or chilled!
