Description

Delicious no-bake strawberry cheesecake truffles perfect for spring desserts.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup crushed strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 8 ounces white chocolate, melted


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Fold in crushed strawberries and vanilla extract.
  3. Gradually mix in graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  6. Dip each truffle in melted white chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
  7. Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
