Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whip the egg whites in a clean bowl until soft peaks form. Gradually add the sugar, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
- Mix in the vanilla extract, vinegar, and cornstarch.
- Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in small rounds.
- Bake for about 90 minutes until crisp and dry. Turn off the oven and let the meringues cool completely.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl with ground cardamom until soft peaks form.
- Assemble by topping the meringues with cardamom cream and strawberries. Serve immediately.
