Description

A delicious and healthy steak zucchini bowl perfect for a quick dinner.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup creamy dressing (your choice)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  4. While the steak is grilling, sauté the spiralized zucchini in a pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
  5. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  6. In a bowl, combine the sautéed zucchini, sliced steak, cherry tomatoes, and feta cheese.
  7. Drizzle with creamy dressing and toss gently to combine.
