Description

Delicious and festive cheesecake pops, perfect for celebrating the Fourth of July with family and friends.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • Red, white, and blue candy melts
  • Lollipop sticks

Instructions

  1. Combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until well incorporated.
  3. Spread the cheesecake mixture into a flat dish and freeze for about 120 minutes.
  4. Cut into star shapes using a star-shaped cookie cutter once firm.
  5. Insert lollipop sticks into each star.
  6. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  7. Dip each cheesecake star into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  8. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
  9. Melt the red, white, and blue candy melts separately and drizzle over the pops.
  10. Freeze again for 30 minutes to set before serving.

Notes

Consider substituting sugar with stevia or monk fruit for a healthier twist. Ensure the cheesecake mixture is fully frozen before cutting.
