- 8 oz Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup Pepperoncini, diced
- 2 cups Spinach, chopped
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- Pita chips (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Add crumbled feta cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, Greek yogurt, diced pepperoncini, and chopped spinach in a baking dish.
- Drizzle with olive oil, minced garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with pita chips.
Notes
For a naturally low-sugar option, consider using stevia, monk fruit, or allulose. Avoid honey and maple syrup.
