Description

A warm and creamy dip that combines tangy feta, creamy mozzarella, and vibrant spinach with a touch of pepperoncini heat.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Pepperoncini, diced
  • 2 cups Spinach, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • Pita chips (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Add crumbled feta cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, Greek yogurt, diced pepperoncini, and chopped spinach in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, minced garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Serve warm with pita chips.

For a naturally low-sugar option, consider using stevia, monk fruit, or allulose. Avoid honey and maple syrup.
