Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (gluten-free if desired)
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together the ground turkey, chopped spinach, feta cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1-2 inches in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the meatballs on all sides.
- Transfer the meatballs to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Chilling the meatball mixture for 30 minutes helps them hold together better during cooking.
