- 1 loaf of French bread
- 2 cups cooked rotisserie or seasoned baked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine in a mixing bowl the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Stir in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, and shredded chicken until fully combined.
- Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and place it on a baking sheet.
- Spread the spinach and artichoke mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
- Brush the edges of the bread with olive oil for a golden color.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve as an appetizer or main dish.
