Description

A delightful fusion of creamy spinach artichoke dip and crispy French bread, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of French bread
  • 2 cups cooked rotisserie or seasoned baked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (for brushing)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine in a mixing bowl the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Stir in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, and shredded chicken until fully combined.
  4. Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and place it on a baking sheet.
  5. Spread the spinach and artichoke mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
  6. Brush the edges of the bread with olive oil for a golden color.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve as an appetizer or main dish.
