Description

Delightful and colorful fruit skewers perfect for summer gatherings, featuring watermelon, golden melon, and blueberries.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 small watermelon, sliced ½-inch thick
  • 1 small golden melon, sliced ½-inch thick
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries


Instructions

  1. Grab a medium-sized cookie cutter to cut out star shapes from the watermelon slices.
  2. Use a smaller cookie cutter to cut out tinier stars from the golden melon slices.
  3. Thread about 8 blueberries onto each bamboo skewer.
  4. Top each skewer with a golden melon star and then a watermelon star.
  5. Pop them in the fridge until ready to serve.

Notes

Choose ripe fruit for the best flavor. Skewers can be assembled a few hours ahead of time and stored in the fridge. Customize with other fruits like strawberries or kiwi.
