Instructions
- Mix the sourdough discard, warm water, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl. Let it sit for about 10 minutes until bubbly.
- Add the flour and salt, and mix until a dough forms.
- Drizzle some olive oil in a baking dish and spread the dough evenly.
- Cover and let it rise for about 1 hour, until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Add your favorite toppings to the risen dough.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
