Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)


Instructions
