Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup sugar snap peas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Cook the shrimp until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the green beans, carrots, and sugar snap peas. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  5. Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
