Description

A delightful and creamy pie inspired by the classic Shamrock Shake, perfect for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
  • Green food coloring
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Chocolate shavings or mint leaves for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, milk, mint extract, and a few drops of green food coloring. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into the pre-made pie crust.
  3. Freeze for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  4. Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings or mint leaves.
