- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
- Green food coloring
- Whipped cream for topping

Instructions
- In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, milk, mint extract, and a few drops of green food coloring. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the pre-made pie crust.
- Freeze for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings or mint leaves.
