Description

A quick and flavorful side dish combining fresh baby bok choy with garlic and savory sauces.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups baby bok choy
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil (for sautéing)


Instructions

  1. Wash the baby bok choy and cut it in half lengthwise.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the bok choy and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until it’s crisp-tender.
  5. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha.
  6. Pour the sauce over the bok choy and toss to coat.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve immediately as a side dish with rice, noodles, or stir-fry.
