Instructions
- Wash the baby bok choy and cut it in half lengthwise.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the bok choy and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until it’s crisp-tender.
- In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha.
- Pour the sauce over the bok choy and toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately as a side dish with rice, noodles, or stir-fry.
