Description

A quick and flavorful Sausage Stir Fry that combines savory sausage with fresh vegetables and aromatic spices for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sausage and cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and stir well to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
