  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons virgin olive oil
  • 3 lemons (thinly sliced)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Combine the ingredients for the lemon dill sauce in a medium bowl, then refrigerate the mixture.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the salmon fillets on top.
  4. Season lightly with kosher salt and black pepper.
  5. Drizzle with virgin olive oil, ensuring each fillet is coated.
  6. Place thin lemon slices over each piece of salmon.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is just opaque and reaches an internal temperature of 140°F.
