Delicious Roast Beef Sliders with gooey cheese and a zesty horseradish sauce, perfect for any gathering.

- 1 package Hawaiian rolls, 12 pack
- 3/4 lb roast beef, shaved or thinly sliced
- 9 slices of provolone cheese
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp prepared horseradish
- 3 tbsp green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp wholegrain mustard (can substitute dijon)
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine in a medium size mixing bowl: mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, and sliced green onions. Stir to combine and season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise.
- Lay the bottom half of the rolls on a baking sheet or pan.
- Spread about half of the horseradish mixture evenly over the rolls.
- Top with the roast beef.
- Layer on the provolone cheese.
- Spread the remaining horseradish mixture onto the top half of the rolls and place on top.
- Combine in a small mixing bowl: melted butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir to combine.
- Brush the butter mixture over the top of the rolls.
- Sprinkle on poppy seeds.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes until the cheese is melted and the sliders are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Consider using fresh ingredients for the best flavor. These sliders can be prepared ahead of time and baked just before serving.
