Ingredients
- Ritz crackers
- Sliced ham
- Sliced cheddar cheese
- Butter
- Poppy seeds
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Take two Ritz crackers and place a slice of ham and cheddar cheese in between.
- Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in poppy seeds, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Brush the butter mixture over the sandwiches.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crackers are golden.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Use room temperature butter for easy mixing with spices. Experiment with spices for added flavor.
