Description

Delicious and easy Ritz Cracker Sandwiches filled with ham and cheddar cheese, perfect for snacks or appetizers.


Ingredients

  • Ritz crackers
  • Sliced ham
  • Sliced cheddar cheese
  • Butter
  • Poppy seeds
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Take two Ritz crackers and place a slice of ham and cheddar cheese in between.
  3. Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in poppy seeds, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Brush the butter mixture over the sandwiches.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crackers are golden.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

Use room temperature butter for easy mixing with spices. Experiment with spices for added flavor.
