Instructions

  1. Prepare the baking pan by lining it with parchment paper; this will make removal easier later.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, unsweetened cocoa powder, and powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Gently fold marshmallow fluff into the whipped cream.
  4. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl at 30-second intervals until smooth; let cool slightly.
  5. Layer half of the graham cracker mixture into the prepared baking pan, pressing it down firmly.
  6. Spread half of the marshmallow fluff mixture over the graham cracker layer evenly.
  7. Drizzle melted chocolate over the marshmallow layer, spreading it gently.
  8. Repeat the layers with the remaining graham cracker mixture, marshmallow fluff, and chocolate.
  9. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
  10. Slice into squares and serve straight from the freezer for an unforgettable treat!
