Instructions
- Prepare the baking pan by lining it with parchment paper; this will make removal easier later.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, unsweetened cocoa powder, and powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Gently fold marshmallow fluff into the whipped cream.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl at 30-second intervals until smooth; let cool slightly.
- Layer half of the graham cracker mixture into the prepared baking pan, pressing it down firmly.
- Spread half of the marshmallow fluff mixture over the graham cracker layer evenly.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the marshmallow layer, spreading it gently.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining graham cracker mixture, marshmallow fluff, and chocolate.
- Cover the pan with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
- Slice into squares and serve straight from the freezer for an unforgettable treat!
