Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  7. Fill each pastry square with the custard and top with fresh raspberries.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the pastries are golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar if desired.
  10. Serve and enjoy your homemade Raspberry Custard Pastries!

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Consider chilling the dough for a flakier texture.
