- 4 slices of white bread
- 2 cups of milk
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup of raspberry jam

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Trim the crusts off the bread and cut it into small pieces.
- In a saucepan, heat the milk and sugar until dissolved.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and then add the warm milk mixture.
- Stir in the bread pieces and let it soak for about 10 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.

- Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the meringue is golden brown.
