Description

A vibrant, pumpkin-shaped cheeseball made with cream cheese, cheddar, and Parmesan, perfect for autumn gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • Tortilla chips or crackers for serving
  • Fresh parsley for decoration

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into a round ball using your hands.
  3. Roll the cheeseball in chopped pecans if using, making sure it’s covered evenly.
  4. Form a small indentation on top and use a piece of parsley stem as a ‘stem’ to create a pumpkin shape.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for up to a month. Allow to thaw in the fridge overnight before serving.
