Description

A delightful pizza featuring creamy burrata, salty prosciutto, and a sweet drizzle of honey, perfect for sharing with loved ones.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Pizza dough
  • 8 oz Burrata cheese
  • 4 oz Prosciutto
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Drizzle the dough with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake the dough in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Remove the pizza from the oven and add the burrata cheese and slices of prosciutto on top.
  6. Drizzle with honey and top with fresh basil.
  7. Slice and serve warm. Enjoy!

Notes

For a twist, try adding arugula or a dash of balsamic glaze on top.
