Ingredients

  • 1 cup Low-fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 15 g Pizza Sauce
  • 20 g Low-fat Cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the low-fat Greek yogurt and all-purpose flour in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  3. Add the baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt to the mixture. Stir until everything is evenly incorporated.
  4. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth and pliable, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into equal portions, depending on your pocket size preference.
  6. Roll out each portion into a thin circle (approximately 5 inches in diameter).
  7. Spread 15 g of pizza sauce on one half of each circle.
  8. Sprinkle 20 g of low-fat cheese over the sauce.
  9. Fold the dough over to create a pocket and seal the edges by pressing firmly with a fork.
  10. Place the filled hot pockets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  11. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown, watching carefully to prevent over-baking.
  12. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
