- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 15 g Pizza Sauce
- 20 g Low-fat Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the low-fat Greek yogurt and all-purpose flour in a mixing bowl until well combined.
- Add the baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt to the mixture. Stir until everything is evenly incorporated.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth and pliable, about 3-5 minutes.
- Divide the dough into equal portions, depending on your pocket size preference.
- Roll out each portion into a thin circle (approximately 5 inches in diameter).
- Spread 15 g of pizza sauce on one half of each circle.
- Sprinkle 20 g of low-fat cheese over the sauce.
- Fold the dough over to create a pocket and seal the edges by pressing firmly with a fork.
- Place the filled hot pockets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown, watching carefully to prevent over-baking.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
