Description

Refreshing homemade popsicles made from pineapple and lime, perfect for summer days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pineapple, peeled, core removed, and chopped
  • 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ¼ cup agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp tajin (optional)


Instructions

  1. Add chopped pineapple, lime juice, and agave syrup to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds and sprinkle with tajin if desired.
  4. Insert a popsicle stick into the center of each mold and transfer to the freezer.
  5. Freeze for at least 480 minutes or overnight.
  6. Run the molds briefly under hot water to loosen and gently pull them out.
  7. Store the popsicles in a freezer-safe ziplock bag in the freezer.

Notes

Great for customizing with other fruits or flavors! Store in a freezer-safe bag for up to 3 months.
